Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Personal Belongings: Please remove all personal belongings, money, and significant items from your vehicle before detailing. Mountain Ridge Detailing is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, including the vehicle being serviced, its contents, or the service location.

2. Service Risk: All vehicles are cleaned at the customer's own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. Mountain Ridge Detailing is not responsible for discharged batteries during or after the service. Please ensure all interior lights, headlights, and running lights are off after service.

3. Service Duration: Detailing needs may vary for each vehicle, requiring more or less time than initially estimated.

4. Independent Contractors: We reserve the right to use independent contractors for your detailing service and may change the detailer at short notice without penalty.

5. Scheduling: While we aim to keep scheduled bookings, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays without affecting our cancellation policy.

6. Booking Security: We may require debit or credit card details to secure your booking. Payments are by our merchant software and a 5% processing fee applies.

7. Weather and Equipment: We reserve the right to alter or move a booking due to weather conditions or equipment issues.

8. Service Limitations: Mountain Ridge Detailing reserves the right to refuse or deny customer requests beyond the booked detailing due to time constraints or other factors.

9. Conduct: Any verbal or physical abuse towards our staff will not be tolerated.

Pricing Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Deposit: A minimum booking deposit is required to secure your appointment and ensure enough time is allocated for your vehicle.

2. Hourly Rate: We reserve the right to charge up to $75 per hour for work outside the scope of the booking.

3. Surcharges: Additional charges apply for jobs involving excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.

4. Price Basis: Prices are based on the detailing package, skill required, type of car, and condition of the vehicle and are listed as starting prices.

5. Vehicle Condition: We reserve the right to adjust charges based on the vehicle's condition, type, and size.

6. Price Amendments: Prices may be adjusted during detailing if they differ from the original estimate. Prices do not include the 3% processing fee.

Communications

1. Service Confirmation: Mountain Ridge Detailing will send SMS text messages to confirm your service request and estimated service date until the booking deposit is paid.

2. Service Provider Matching: We may assign your service request to any detailer within or outside our network to fulfill your request promptly. Your name, phone number, service address, and vehicle information may be shared with the service provider.

1. Marketing Inquiry: We may ask where you heard about Mountain Ridge Detailing to assess our marketing strategies.

2. No-Show Charge: We reserve the right to charge the full amount if the vehicle is not available for cleaning and the booking was not canceled in advance (see cancellation policy).

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellation Notice: We require 24 hours notice to cancel any booking or detailing service.

2. Late Cancellation: Failure to provide 24-hour advance notice will result in a minimum charge of the booking deposit.

3. Same-Day Cancellation: We reserve the right to take full payment if a booking is canceled on the same day without prior agreement.

4. Booking Adjustments: We may alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty but will notify the customer whenever possible.

5. Unforeseen Changes: We reserve the right to alter or move a booking due to staff levels, weather conditions, or equipment issues without penalty.

6. No-Show Policy: Failure to be present at the service time and location will result in the full-service value being charged.

7. Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of the service. Refusal or failure to pay invalidates our service guarantee, and any redo services or discounts are at Mountain Ridge Detailing's sole discretion.
